How can I access my purchased tutorials?

All purchased tutorials are available for viewing once you have logged in.

How can I book a private workshop with Jaye?

Head to our private workshops page and register your interest. Our education manager will reach out and discuss the options available and pricing.

Can I get a refund on my ticket purchase?

Refunds on all ticket purchases are at our discretion pending the circumstances. We can however offer you a credit to use toward future workshops.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to over 100 countries across the world!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, After Pay

Will I have to pay customs and duties taxes?

If you purchase from outside of Australia or the US, you, the buyer, are responsible for all customs & duties associated within your own country.

What is the status of my order?

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping notification via email.

How do I make changes to my order?

If you require any changes to your order including correcting address details and styles, please contact us immediately at orders@edwardsandco.com.au to ensure adjustments can be applied promptly.

If your order has already been processed, EdwardsAndCo Education accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered.

What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

For faulty items please email us at orders@edwardsandco.com.au so that our returns team can arrange for the damaged/faulty goods to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible.

The item must be in new and unused condition. We will assess the fault upon return and reserve the right to repair or replace. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued.

What is the shipping cost for products under $75?

Shipping charges are based on weight and location, charges will be shown at checkout for orders above $75.00

International shipping does not qualify for Free Shipping

What is the Return Policy? Are there any charges for returns?

No returns unless damaged.
